The owners of this brick colonial had two requests as a part of their desired renovation. First, provide enhanced curb appeal for their home of many years and second, create a third floor space that could be utilized as both a home office and also serve as a treetop retreat for relaxation. Dormers were constructed to accommodate the new third floor and a new leaded glass front door, roof canopy, shutters and masonry inserts were added to the front facade.
