The former owner of this North Shore Mediterranean had occupied the home for almost 50 years. The home's original grandeur was still evident, but the years of use resulted in the need for an extensive renovation. The kitchen and baths were reconfigured down to the framing and the 1960's Master Suite was reimagined with an entirely new plan and use that achieved the new owners vision.
